1. Clean your face from any cream or makeup residue and wash with lukewarm water. Clean the desired area of the body with a cleaning wipe without alcohol. Dry the area.
2. Open the safety cap and fill it with warm water almost to the rim (5ml). The water should be as hot as your skin can tolerate it.
3. Put the cap back on and shake the vial vigorously for at least 1 minute. Put a small amount in your palm. The material should be fluid enough to apply easily to the face. If it is viscous, add a few drops of water using the cap and shake vigorously again for 1 minute to make it waterier.
4. Put a small amount in one palm and with the fingers of the other hand apply the material on the face gradually, in one area at a time starting from the forehead. Massage for 10 - 20 seconds with mild, circular movements, pressing as long as you can tolerate the minor discomfort caused by the nanospheres contained in the product.
5. Repeat the procedure on the temples, cheeks, nose, chin, upper and lower lip (not on the red parts of the lip). Take 10 to 20 seconds to massage each area of the face. Insist more on problem areas. Apply on the desired area of the body with a gentle massage.
6. Let the product dry, for 15 minutes on the first application and 20 minutes on the following ones.
7. Rinse with lukewarm water until all the product has been removed, dry the area and apply the cream.
